I just wanted to express my deep appreciation for the efforts put forth regarding my installation. The installer came out at noon and stayed to nearly 8:30 that night. My design consultant also came by to bring the 6 theater seats downstairs himself. This goes way beyond what I expected! Not once did I hear any complaining or even a bit of frustration about being there. The opposite was true. The design consultant stayed, after assembling the seats, to ensure it was aligned properly with my screen and that I was satisfied.
