David Hludzinski
Director of Americas Sales, Planar
David R. Hludzinski has over 16 years of experience with an extensive background in sales, marketing, contract negotiation, and product training. As the Director of Americas Sales for Planar, Mr. Hludzinski is currently working to establish Planar's line of specialty home theater displays in the custom integration market throughout the America's.
Mr. Hludzinski's career in sales and management began with Sony Corporation, where he focused on new business development. During his tenure at Sony, he played a strategic role in Sony's entry into the Digital Satellite market. Mr. Hludzinski continued his focus on new market development at InFocus where he was instrumental in helping the company develop new markets in catalog sales, e-commerce, and national accounts. Most recently, Mr. Hludzinski was responsible for InFocus's entry into the consumer market.
He holds a B.A. in sociology with a minor in business from State University of New York at Albany.

H. Gregory Silber
President, Intelligent Systems, Inc.
H. Gregory (Greg) Silber is President and CEO of Intelligent Systems, Inc., a custom software-consulting firm specializing in IT solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. During his 17 years of experience in the technology industry, Mr. Silber has held executive positions in three successful companies. He has held a position on the board of directors of the Delaware Academy of Science since 1999. In addition, Mr. Silber has taught Computer Science at the University of Delaware since 1999, and has published several scientific papers in Computational Linguistics and Artificial Intelligence. He regularly speaks at universities and conferences, internationally. Mr. Silber holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Delaware in computer science and artificial intelligence. He and his wife live in Newark, DE.

Hal Bennett
CEO, Third-Order Nanotechnologies, Inc.
Mr. Bennett has acted as a corporate restructuring advisor for large high-tech corporations including DuPont, Silicon Graphics, 3M and Sun Microsystems. He also worked with Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen's think-tank company, Interval Research, on a network-based home media concept called HomeWorks, were he helped to create retail inroads for its products. Mr. Bennett also successfully implemented a program for DuPont to outsource innovation by creating a new business model for DuPont Ventures. He started his restructuring career by turning around Research Systems, a scientific software company, which was acquired by Kodak two years subsequent to his involvement with that company. Before that, he gained extensive experience in starting and growing companies in Silicon Valley.
Mr. Bennett holds a degree in Mathematical Physics from Stanford University and is named on several U.S. Patents.

Vincent Pipia, CPA
Vince currently serves as Director of Capital Markets at American Capital Partners where he also oversees investment banking operations. Vince, throughout his career, has spent considerable time advising and consulting with multinational, billion-dollar companies. In addition to working with Joseph Gunnar & Co., KPMG, and serving as Senior Vice President of Institutional Research at HD Brous & Co., he brings a seasoned financial background and access to growth capital.
